Prerequisite: Use of a GDS in the workplace or successful completion of an interactive online course.
Course Fee AUD395.00 includes formative Lessons, Quizzes and Drills plus 5 summative final assessments in the form of online examinations in the following areas: Customer Management, Check in Procedures, Seating and Seat Maps, Passenger Data and Passenger Updates. The fee also includes industry tutor support if required plus final Certification on successful completion.
